What we do
We work for buyers outside China who want to buy from Chinese factories with fewer surprises. We find suitable manufacturers, check them before you pay a deposit, follow production in Chinese, inspect the goods before you pay the balance, and arrange freight with partner forwarders. See all services.
Where we are
Our registered office is in Gusu District, Suzhou, in Jiangsu province. Suzhou is about 100 km west of Shanghai, in the Yangtze River Delta, one of China's largest manufacturing regions, and within easy reach of the ports of Shanghai and Ningbo. Being here means we can visit factories in person rather than judge them from a website.
How we work
- Written quotes first. Fees, timelines and what is included are confirmed in writing before any work starts.
- You know your suppliers. Our shortlists name every supplier, so you can verify them yourself.
- Inspect before the balance. We recommend paying the factory's balance only after an inspection report with photos.
- An honest no. If a product, quantity or price is not realistic, we say so early.
- On the Ground in China. A team based in China, close to the factories, able to visit in person.
- One Point of Contact. One team handles your order from the first quote to delivery.
- Clear Process. Sourcing, checks, inspection and shipping in one clear sequence.
- Bilingual Team. Chinese and English communication with factories and buyers.
What we are not
- Not a manufacturer. We work with independent factories across China.
- Not a freight forwarder. We arrange freight with partner forwarders, who carry the goods.
- Not a testing laboratory or certification body. Product certification tests are done by accredited labs; we can collect samples for them.
